1) Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide. All international destinations are available at checkout.
2) How long does it take to process my order?
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 12:00 noon (UK time) or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
3) What are the delivery times?
Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary based on your country and courier capacity.
Remote areas may take a little longer.
4) How much is shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
5) Do I get tracking?
Yes.
Every order includes tracked delivery.
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
6) What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

7) Can I exchange an item?
Yes.
Start a return request and select “Exchange.”
We will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
8) Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

- mailbox / front door area
- with neighbours or building management
- with household members

14) My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us promptly with:
- photos of the issue
- your order number
We’ll help with a replacement or refund, depending on availability and our Returns Policy.
15) How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After we process your refund, banks typically take 3–10 business days to post the amount.
